Does your learning pod want more FUN science? Our amazing instructors either come to your house in person or virtually, and bring (or drop off) all the amazingly fun science experiments with them!

          • The class is approximately one hour, preferably outdoors.
          • Appropriate for children ages 6-10.
          • Each student will perform 2-3 hands-on experiments.
          • Students will take home many of the experiments to enjoy long after the activity is over!
          • Students are asked not to attend if they have any COVID-19 symptoms such as a fever over 100 degrees, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, headache, nausea or vomiting, etc.
          • Mask wearing, spacial distancing of 6 feet or more and hand washing before and after class are mandatory for all classes.

  • Germs, Bacteria & Me: Students learn what germs are and how to properly wash their hands, wear a mask as we discuss germs, bacteria and viruses. We’ll have the hand-washing challenge with GlitterBug Potion, color a germ Shrinkle, and make a tie-dye mask with Sharpie pens.
  • The Sounds of Science: We discover how sound is created, what pitch is, and how to create resonance in this class. Students create a chicken cup, a screaming balloon and a kazoo. Students are encouraged to share their own musical talent too!
  • Light, Color, Action! What is light? What is color? Students discover the science of light and color by experimenting with color changing beads, awesome rainbow glasses and make a rainbow in a test tube.
  • Glow Science: Join us for this awesome science activity as we create a glowing science lab and make some cool concoctions like Glow Slime, Glow Paper and Glowing Eyeballs. Ooohh cool!
  • Magnet Mania: What is a magnet? Students find out as they take the paperclip challenge, create a magnetic spinning top and an electrifying Homo-Polar Motor!
  • Science Magic: Can magic tricks be explained with science? To answer this question, we’ll demonstrate and perform some magic tricks while learning the scientific properties behind them.
  • Wild Weather and Pink Snow: Sometimes weather is just plain wild! We investigate different weather phenomenon such as pink snow, tornados and lightening as we create a tornado-in-a bottle, pink Insta-snow and experiment with static electricity using a balloon and Styrofoam beads.
  • Just Add Water: We’ll explore the three states of mater and what atoms and molecules are as we create three amazing experiments by just adding water! (Experiments include Insta-Snow, Water Gel Powder and a growing Frog!)
  • Volcano Fun: Join us as we learn all about volcanos from the inside out. Then you will get to build a volcano model. Volcanoes are cool and it’s even cooler to watch them erupt, WATCH OUT!

  • Each 1 hour science class is $20 per student. The minimum number of students is 5, maximum is 8.
